Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 16 June 2026

VA Consulting is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including users with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to find information, navigate the site and contact us, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This statement explains the standard we follow, the accessibility features available on the site, and how to reach us if you experience any difficulty.

Contents

1. Our commitment to accessibility

Accessibility is part of how we think about digital experience, not an afterthought. We design and maintain this website so that its content and functionality are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for the widest possible range of users — including those who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation or screen magnification.

2. Conformance standard

This website is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the internationally recognised reference for digital accessibility.

We use the Ally accessibility tool by Elementor to continuously scan the site against these criteria, monitor issues by conformance level (A, AA, AAA) and resolve them progressively. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: as we publish new content and features, we test and improve them against the same standard.

3. Accessibility features on this website

An accessibility menu is available on every page, via the accessibility icon at the bottom-right of the screen. From it, visitors can adjust the experience to their needs, including:

  • Increasing text size and line height, and choosing a more readable font;
  • Adjusting text alignment;
  • Increasing contrast or switching to greyscale;
  • Highlighting links and adding a visible focus outline;
  • A reading mask and the option to pause animations;
  • Hiding images and viewing the page structure;
  • Screen-reader support and a “skip to main content” shortcut for keyboard users.

Your selected settings are remembered as you move through the site.

4. How we build for accessibility

  • We use clear, consistent page templates and a logical heading structure.
  • We write semantic, device-agnostic code so the site works across browsers, screen sizes and assistive technologies.
  • We provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and aim for sufficient colour contrast.
  • Interactive elements are designed to be reachable and operable with a keyboard.

5. Testing and ongoing improvement

We combine automated scanning through the Ally tool with manual checks during design and content updates. Where issues are identified, we prioritise and remediate them. Because the website is actively evolving, we treat accessibility as continuous maintenance rather than a one-time exercise.

6. Known limitations

This website is under active development, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. In particular, third-party or embedded content (for example video) may not be fully accessible, as it is partly outside our control. We are actively working to identify and address remaining issues.

7. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience any difficulty accessing content, or you need information in an alternative format, please contact us:
